United KingdomI loved the freeze dried texture, but banana turned slimy in my mouth. I tried with yoghurt, but I really didn't like the feel of the fruit in my mouth. Perhaps better as a dessert - perhaps heated up with caramel and chocolate ? I was hoping just to nibble banana when the fancy took me... Otherwise, I applaud you for your products.
