Preparation: In a saucepan, boil 200 ml (7 fl oz) of water, 4 g of salt (or to taste) and two tablespoons of olive oil. Turn off the heat and pour the contents of the package (160gr / 5.6oz). Wait 5 minutes with the pan covered and separate the couscous grains with a fork before serving.
Ingredients (dehydrated): couscous (90%) (pre-cooked durum wheat semolina), tomato, sunflower seeds, garlic, red pepper, onion, cumin, mint, piri-piri, and coriander. May contain traces of sesame, mustard, hazelnuts, and celery.
